Questions shops ask
Does it cost anything?
No. Listing, claiming, the badge and the sign are all free, and they stay free.
Do you sell my customers' information?
No. We do not sell or share anyone's information. Your claim details are used only to verify your shop and are never shown publicly.
How do you check that I am the owner?
A moderator contacts the shop using the details you give, or checks it against the shop's own public pages. We never ask for passwords or payments.
Can I change my hours or details?
Yes. Use the same form in the app to send an update, and a moderator will make the change. Anyone can also tap "Still open? Tell us" to confirm details.
What if my shop is not listed?
Add it in the Store Directory in a minute. Once a moderator approves it, you can claim it.
I do not want to be listed.
Tell us through our social pages and we will remove or hide the listing.
